leave upto the 'experts' I guess you can smooth out the inside of the lower plenum leading into the heads and smooth out the upper intake manifold. You can also knife edge the exhaust side of the heads pretty easily. As far as a full port job, There really isn't much DIY info available (at least not on twinturbo.net). It'd be something that you would have to do, and probably just trust your gut instinct.
BTW I was searching for a thread pitch on a certain bolt and you happened to have answered it a while back, THANKS! saved my ass a night of work. Made it in time to Orchard to get the bolt I needed.
